WHAT: Anxiety Support Group WHERE: Kinderboerderij de Kraal, Langepad 60, 3062 CJ Rotterdam WHEN: Saturday 5th September 14:00 - 16:00

What can animals teach us about anxiety, and about being present, curious and playful? For this special edition of the Anxiety Support Group, we’re heading to Kinderboerderij De Kraal!

We’ll explore the kinderboerderij together and take part in a few reflective and creative activities along the way. Expect peacocks, pigs, goats, sheep, cows, rabbits and more.

Whether you’re curious about animals, looking for a different kind of space to connect, or simply want to spend some time with others who understand anxiety, you’re welcome to join.

Unsure about getting to the kinderboerderij? On the day, we will meet at Gerdasiaweg metro station at 13:45 and cycle from there. If you'd rather meet us at the boerderij, that’s also fine!

Please note that this is a peer-support group, not group therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. The aim is to create a space where we can share experiences, offer mutual support, and connect with others who understand.
