Do you ever find yourself stuck in self-doubt or chasing perfection? You’re not alone — and this workshop is for you.

Join us for an interactive and reflective session where we’ll explore the roots of self-doubt and perfectionism, how they show up in our lives, and ways to build self-trust and confidence.

Through small group conversations, creative exercises, and moments for personal reflection, we’ll create a space to connect, share, and grow together. The workshop will be facilitated by Katy (she/they), a local mental health specialist who brings a compassionate and inclusive approach.

We invite openness, respect, and curiosity. All perspectives are welcome — and needed.
