Feeling the effects of Winter? Come join this cosy workshop where we will discuss how the winter period can affect your mental health. Through small group and individual exercises, we will uncover some strategies to stay mentally and physically healthy during the colder months. The facilitator (Katy) will also share some resources to access additional support.
